Ok guys... Ill try to explain what is my idea and Ill do with my
pathetic english so pls... try to be patient :-D
The original idea has born on my mind surfing around my favourite
webs (Darkproyect Thanks for the inspiration).
Id like you to make one icon
(Only one per submission) with a little island that Ill give you
 with your modifications.
My intention is to create a full flying city with each submission,
ill ad a link to the creator´s web or mail (If you want of
course) and I hope you send me more and more flying pieces of your
mind.
There is no restriction for you my friends, just your imagination
and the 32x32 original format,
pls keep in mind that is a global project so be careful with the
perspective & scale. (One
human: 2 vertical pixels) Ive made this way because I
dont want a people design contest or else, just buildings, holes,
space ports, swiming pools... whatever. (Let your imagination fly).

The
pieces will mach this way to the infinite making your proyect
fix with each other... ill probably design border ones so it
will have more organic feeling.
Send me your submission on transparent GIF format 32x32 to
info@topicons.com
and Ill review each one of them answering your mail with
my impresions. There will be a prize for my favourite submission
send before the 1 March of 2003 (I
hope you dont make this for a prize but if you need it... Its
a T-Shirt with a new and original design from Top Icons final
version of Icon Flying Comunity design and a FULL LIVE submission
for the members area of Topicons) |
This
is just a preview of one of the multiples possibilities of the project
 but
you could send whatever you want. Originality and cute design will
be really the most important ways to win the big prize.
All icons submitted for the contest must be
completely original artwork created and owned by the author.
Icons submitted that are based on previously copyrighted images
(stock or found) or characters (South Park, Dilbert, etc.) are not
valid and will not be considered. Do not
use trademarked names, images of products or logos (ie Apple, Adobe,
Quake, Nike, Kodak, etc.) or icons based on trademarked or copyrighted
material of ANY kind.
Entrants agree to have their contest submissions
available for download and distribution at Top Icons.
Authors retain all rights and licenses to their submitted icon sets,
and can redistribute their work freely. Top
Icons reserves the right to use any submission for promotional
purposes such as distribution on CD-ROM, publication in books and
magazines or electronic media indefinitely.
Ill begin posting the entries when you send me more than 10 submissions
so, what are you waiting for???? Send me today your submission and
