The images in Top Icons are protected by international copyright law and spanish copyright law. All images copyright by Top Icons or they respective owners. By visiting our Free Area you are granted a personal liscense to download and use the icons on your personal computer and to share a few of them with your friends and family through email.

No image or file in Top Icons may be used in any way other than at personal computer. You may print them out for personal use but not for distribution (commercial or non-profit). You may not post them on public or private websites, whether they be not-for-profit or commercial. You may not distribute them on CD-ROM or other archival media like DVD-ROM, ZIP, floppy, or in compressed archives like zip, gz, or tar files. You may not alter them or use elements from them in your own work (unless that work is purely personal and will never be transferred to a computer other than the one on which it was created).

If you need to use our icons for print or mass distribution, please send us an email with your requirements and your timeline. Give us a couple of weeks to respond though, because we get a lot of such requests. Consider all image use requests denied until we notify you to the contrary.

If you need need us to make some icons for you or some of our icons for a commercial application, please send us an email and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Members: Joining the Members Area for one year will allow you to use any of my icons on your personal website. The icons may not be altered in anyway other than changing to gif format. I ask you to send me an email, so I know where my work is.
Icons obtained during a one year subscription do not "expire" when the subscription is over, you may continue using the graphics without renewing your subscription. However, you will need to renew your subscription if you wish to add new selections.
This doesn't grants you license to redistribute our artwork for profit. The web page displaying our icons may contain banner advertising and/or affiliate links, but you may not explicitly sell our icons in any form (physical or electronic).

There can be no exceptions to the above stated rules.
REMEMBER: An unanswered email does not mean that you have our permission.
